I have had the pleasure of running the Five & Dime Kids sale for 11 years. Throughout this journey I have met and worked alongside so many wonderful people. I have witnessed and experienced new friendships, parent support, community connections, and lots of laughter. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in the Five & Dime Sale over the years. I look forward to many many more!
We are very excited about our new look with a brand new website to match. A big thank you to the families who leant me their children’s beautiful faces for the site.
Five & Dime Kids partnered with Epworth UMC (now Neighborhood Church) to hold a women’s clothing swap. Many local businesses donated their time, services, and gift certificates to create this beautiful event. Registration fees and clothing were donated to Action Ministries and Refugee Resettlement & Immigration Services of Atlanta (RRISA) who merged with New American Pathways in 2014.
Five & Dime starts the bake sale that our shoppers and volunteers have come to rely on for sustenance. Their kids like it too! Non-profits enjoy hosting the bake sale as a fundraiser for their organizations and we enjoy eating their delicious homemade treats. It’s not uncommon to find gluten free and vegan items. If you are interested in selling baked goods for your cause contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
